CONTENTS PRIVACY STATEMENT WonderWoodLand

1. What does WonderWoodLand process your data for?
Personal data will not be provided to third parties for commercial or other purposes. As this is required for certain processing operations, certain data is transferred within the European Economic Area. Below we describe the different ways of processing data, how we deal with them, and indicate how you also continue to influence our processing of your data.

2. Website
In order to create anonymised statistics about the visits to our websites, we use cookies, so-called ‘id and session cookies’. In doing so, the privacy of the visitors is infringed as little as possible.

3. Use of cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website leaves on your computer, phone or tablet. WonderWoodLand uses cookies to facilitate the use of the website. You can delete or refuse cookies via the web browser. It is important to know that if you refuse cookies, it is possible that certain services of WonderWoodLand will no longer be available to you

4. Donations
If you register as a donor, we will record the information you have provided in our administration. We use well-secured accounting for this, so that your data is kept safe. Donations via the website can be made via Mollie’s payment platform. This is an extremely secure and professional payment platform. We also record data when you indicate that you wish to receive the newsletter, or when you indicate that you wish to make a donation, if you purchase a product from our webshop.

5. Newsletter and mailing lists
We send our newsletter digitally. Our website keeps statistics of your acceptance, open, read, click and unsubscribe behavior that we can view. We use this to find out how we can better tailor our newsletter and website to the preferences of the user. You will only receive a digital newsletter if you are a volunteer or sympathizer or have indicated that you wish to receive the newsletter. When people sign up for (digital) newsletters by e-mail, their e-mail addresses are only used for that specific purpose. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at the bottom of the email via the unsubscribe link.

6. Photo and/or visual material
WonderWoodLand also handles photos and images with care, including on social media. Photos and/or videos are only used within our operation or made on our behalf. WonderWoodLand does not post photos and videos where the people involved could be harmed. Nor do we mention the full names with the photos and videos. You can request in writing at any time, preferably by e-mail and with full name and address, to remove certain photos and/or images via hello@wonderwoodland.be.


7. Access and adjustment and deletion of your data
Do you want to know what data WonderWoodLand has about you? That is possible. Preferably by e-mail via a written request stating your full name and address to hello@wonderwoodland.be. If your personal information contains inaccuracies, you can have this information changed. Do you want to have your data removed? This is also possible via a written request hello@wonderwoodland.be stating your full name and address.
