Please meet RAYMOND

So … one eveneing I received a call from Robin, a 16 year old young man, who lives really nearby. He knew a family that was looking for someone to adopt their shetlander pony because it was getting hard for them to take care of him. They also realized that he probably would be happier living with other equines instead of on his own. So Robin asked me if maybe this pony could live here. I didn’t have to think too long about it. After Céleste’s passing, there was an empty spot on the meadow. So a week later Robin, his mom and I went to visit the cute boy and we all fell in love with him. I had planned to put Raymond on a separate meadow for a few days so he could adjust to the new place, sounds and other animals. But as soon as we got near the meadow he started running towards the others. He first ran to Helena (who didn’t respond super excited 😅) and then towards Arabella and Frida. It was like the three of them were old friends who hadn’t seen each other in ages! They instantly bonded and became a herd. And have been running around inseparable ever since. I could not have dreamed of a better scenario. After a few weeks, he becaome more and more confident and even stands up to Helena, who is known as the boss of the meadow. He also likes to tease Arabella and Frida, but the girls don’t let him get away with everything. He has become a true rascall! And he isn’t afraid to show some naughty behavior and a very headstrong nature. 😉
